Workshops

Six workshops, one aim: get your message heard.

Intensive, interactive workshops for executives, founders, and teams. Built around your team's real work, your real deadlines, and the audiences you're actually trying to reach.

In Madrid · Onsite in Europe · Online worldwide

Tailored, not off-the-shelf.

Every workshop starts with a briefing call to understand what your team is preparing for — a pitch, a tough quarter, a leadership transition, an investor round. That briefing shapes the examples, cases, and feedback used in the room, so what gets practised on day one is what gets used in real life on day two.

The six workshops below are the core programmes I run most often. They can be delivered standalone, combined into a multi-day curriculum, or adapted as part of a leadership development track. Formats range from half-day to 2-day, for groups of 6 to 30, in Madrid, onsite at your offices anywhere in Europe, or online with distributed teams.

Presentations & Public Speaking
The 5-Minute Window

For professionals who only get one shot to convince the room. Open strong, structure fast, and land your message — every time, in any time limit.

Adaptive Influence & Micro-Negotiation
The Persuasion Lab

For people who need to get to yes — often, with different audiences, without the luxury of time. Read the room, frame the ask, and move the conversation.

Networking & Relationship-Building
Click

For people who are quietly brilliant — and quietly allergic to small talk. Build the professional network you actually want, without becoming someone you're not.

Half-day or full-day · 12–20 paxExplore
Meeting Leadership & Facilitation
The Room is Yours

For people who run the sessions other people's careers depend on — and are tired of watching them drift. Meetings and workshops that produce decisions, not just conversation.

Business Storytelling & Messaging
Your Essential Story

For people whose work is genuinely interesting — but who can hear themselves making it sound boring. Find the story hiding inside your pitch, product, or proposal.

1 or 2 days · 6–12 paxExplore
Executive Presence & Gravitas
Command the Room

For leaders whose content is already strong — and who need the delivery to match the role. Voice, posture, composure: the things that signal authority without effort.

What participants can expect

How every workshop runs

Every Matt Boardman workshop follows the same core principles — whether it's half a day or two full days, six participants or thirty.

Pre-work with the team

A briefing call before the workshop shapes the cases, examples, and feedback to your team's real world — not a generic curriculum.

Everyone practises

No passive workshops. Every participant presents, negotiates, or facilitates live — usually on camera — and gets specific, personal feedback.

Tools you use on Monday

Frameworks, scripts, and playbooks that are immediately usable. The aim is that next week's meeting, pitch, or conversation is already better.

Bilingual, by design

Delivered in English, Spanish, or bilingual rooms. Most corporate groups in Madrid run in both without issue.

In person or online

Onsite in Madrid, anywhere in Europe, or live online — with the online version engineered to work, not just survive, on video.

Follow-up that sticks

Optional 1:1 follow-up coaching after the workshop to embed changes in the few weeks that matter most.
